Hi there, welcome to my blog! Enjoy your stay and have a good day...

I love to garden. Unfortunately, I can’t do that all year round here in northern Minnesota. During the summers, I have a vegetable garden and because my flowers are in pots I keep them growing year round.

One of the things that my hubby got me excited about lately is the idea of moving to a tropical country. It means that I can garden and keep the plants growing all year round. The place that we are planning to move to is an urban area and the soil isn’t that great. We will need organic soil and organic plant food to get the plants going. Those who live out on a farm are fortunate because they have animals that produce natural organic fertilizer for a garden. They can use composted animal manure and left over plant detritus to fertilize the garden.
Whitney Farms® has a full line of 100% natural plant foods and soils with no additives, nothing artificial, just ingredients from the Earth, designed to give you big, beautiful flowers and veggies. My plants need plant foods and organic soil as you can see in the photo below. I need to get some the next time I go to the store. Whitney Farms® could be the solution to our gardening problems.

If your plants are looking like the ones in the picture above, I encourage you to give Whitney Farms® products a try. They are now offering a $3 rebate coupon, just go to their site.

My niece in Germany is two and a half years old now and growing up really fast. She is very precocious and active and really enjoyed the Barbie Dolls DVD that I sent her on her last birthday. I am thinking that next year I will get her something that will be a little more interactive instead of just having something to watch. My sister is really into the latest phone apps and computer tech stuff so my niece has a lot of techie things that she will be playing with soon I am sure.
I ran across a company called AppGear that is starting to produce a whole line of interactive games for kids that can be played on most digital mobile devices. They are currently in the process of releasing a couple of new games called Foam Fighters and ZombieBurbz this month with four more titles coming in the next three months.
The company behind App Gear is WowWee which has been a leader in all kinds of innovative toys and consumer electronics for years. They are now entering the area of applications for digital mobile electronics. The games that they are developing are primarily for 21st century kids who have access to all kinds of cool electronic stuff that didn't even exist when we were growing up. The games will also have a line of collectible toys to promote all of the star characters of the games. I think that is the kind of thing that my niece is going to be into really soon.

When I found an unbelievable deal on a house, I weighed my options. In this housing market, I could afford so much space and I was so tired of renting, after all. While I was partly terrified to live on my own and shoulder the responsibilities of home ownership, I took a leap of faith. I love my home and am putting so much effort in to making it mine. I made a very wise choice when I moved in—I made doing some research on ADT Security La Cienga one of my first priorities. After signing up for monitoring, I no longer worry about someone breaking in while I’m away, and love the peace of mind I have knowing that the home is being monitored while I sleep as well. I feel like the alarm company sign in my front yard is enough to scare away most people, and the piercing alarm itself should take care of the rest. I know I made the right decision, and thanks to the insane deal I got on the house, I should make a pretty incredible profit when I sell in the future!
